We are delivering a conversion of a terraced property into a 6 bed, 6 bathroom house of multiple occupancy, including infilling the existing ground floor extension and rebuilding the first floor extension and a loft conversion. We will completely strip out and reconfigure internally with new staircases to create a compliant HMO. Full rewire and new heating system to suit occupancy levels etc. I require an experienced working foreman to oversee the project, liaise with all trades and project manager to deliver a successful outcome. Expected that the working foreman will be hands on with the work but also maintain control and uphold standards of work and adherence to H&S. 12 week project.
