2 rooms (4x4m) currently stripped to brick, joists, & open ceilings. Full rewire: approx 20 sockets & 6 lights. NO chasing required. First-fix CCTV (front/rear) & Ring doorbell. Data: Install modular media plate (front wall) & run Twin Cat6 + Coaxial to dining room upstairs media plates External: Run SWA cable from CU to rear; leave coiled for future shed. Must be Part P registered & provide EIC. Looking for a neat install. Coordination with joiner required for partition wall drops
