Frequently asked questions
With each package you are limited on the number of people you can contact, in order to find the person/people you wish to hire. Each time you request someones contact details uses one of these credits.
Hired grafter is someone you book and manage in the platform.
For each package there is a limit on the number of grafters you can contact and the number that are being managed on the platform at any one time.
You can cancel your subscription at any time and will not be charged for the following month. The Pay-as-you-go package is a one-off purchase and does not renew.
No we cannot refund any unused allocation once you have purchased a package or your subscription has been renewed.
