Remove creeper from gutters, roof & wall

I have a plant growing up my outside wall which while beautiful has now grown to roof height and is moving along the gutters. The gutter is quite high (~ 10m /30ft) so will require at least tall ladders. I want someone to remove the creeper from the gutter and remove it to about half way down the wall.
